Mateus Vago is very much a rock artist. His sound is very guitar driven, real, raw, melodic, and natural. You can hear it on his debut album which he recently Released on May 22.

Mateus is heavily influenced by classic rock legends like The beatles and jimi Hendrix, blues artists like muddy waters and b.B. king, and funk and soul artists like Stevie Wonder, marvin gaye, and Funkadelic.

Mateus has been writing Since the age of 10, his first song being “Things Change”.He played the song for his family and everyone quickly realized that he has a talent and passion for songwriting.
